Technology, Convergence and Personalization
Clip in Touch makes every stage of the creation process as simple and fun for the user as possible. The creative tools and sophisticated technology behind the applications provide users with the highest level of functionality and personalization opportunities.

Convergence
Clip in Touch has developed innovative technology delivering a new level of usability and freedom with fully converged web and mobile applications. Users will have access to the same media content, as well as their saved content, on both their mobile device and on their PC at home. This functionality would allow users to begin creating a clip using their mobile and then continue it using the web application, or vice versa. Users will also have mobile application customization tools available to them via their web account allowing them to organize the content available to them on the go, as well as to send their message from web to mobile and vice versa.
Clip in Touch prides itself as being an innovator and always pushing the technology barrier. The unique and full convergence capability between the web and mobile applications well position Clip in Touch to become a technological leader in the market.
Personalization
Users have an extensive library of music, animation, video and pictures available to them; however users can also upload their own media content from their mobile device or PC. With a web cam attached, or using a camera phone, users can easily add a video or picture on-the-spot to be included into the clip. All content uploaded is saved in a personal library that can be accessed from both applications.
Users are also able to easily record and add their voice to the music track to include a truly personalized message, whereby the system ensures a perfect mix with the music.
A timeline provides a visual representation of what content is included in the clip. Users are able to easily drag-and-drop content from the media libraries straight onto the timeline as well as easily organize the sequence of the video, adjust transition effects between scenes or add visual effects.
With Clip in Touch, video clips created may be sent over the Web as well as over mobile networks, to a single or multiple recipients, whereby contacts can be imported from Microsoft Outlook or from a mobile phones contact book. Users can also decide whether to send the clip right away or schedule the clip to be sent at a later date using a simple calendar.
Clip in Touch has implemented technology to ensure that the recipient receives a clip in the appropriate file type and optimal resolution based on the device they are using. A detective pulse is sent to the receiver’s mobile in order to discover which handset model they are using. The model is queried against the WURFL database providing the system with the data required to encode the video to offer the optimal viewing experience for the recipient.
